Healthy Food vs Junk Food

           What makes an apple healthier than a donut? What really is the difference between a food that builds health, and one that doesn't? It's an important distinction, since many children today consume over half their diet as highly processed, empty calorie foods. And not just at home, but even from junk food in school.

Is healthy food more expensive than junk food??
I don't think so... 


In my place, you can find you can find a variety of healthy foods and cheap. Example is tempe, tempe is arguably the national dish in Indonesia. Almost everyone here had to eat tempe. In fact, already many people from overseas who learned about how to make tempe.they may be curious why Tempe is favored by the Indonesian population. And more importantly, the nutrients in Tempe is very important especially from soy protein.



Tempe foods are often found at home or in the stalls, as a complement to the dish turned out to have the content and digestibility values ​​better than soy. Therefore, tempe is very good to be given to all age groups (from infants to the elderly), so that could be called the food of all ages.
