All About "RENDANG", NASI GORENG, and SATAY"

RENDANG is a dish which originated from the Minangkabau ethnic group of Indonesia, and is now commonly served across the country. One of the characteristic foods of Minangkabau culture, it is served at ceremonial occasions and to honour guests. Rendang is hot/spicy food, and u can found it in "RUMAH MAKAN PADANG".

Rendang is made from beef (or occasionally beef liver, chicken, mutton, water buffalo, duck, or vegetables like jackfruit or cassava) slowly cooked in coconut milk, spices and sometimes kerisik (toasted coconut paste) for several hours until almost all the liquid is gone, allowing the meat to absorb the spicy condiments. The cooking process changes from boiling to frying as the liquid evaporates. The slow cooking process allows the meat to absorb all the spices and to become tender. The spices may include ginger, galangal, turmeric leaf, lemon grass and chillies. Chicken or duck rendang also contains tamarind and is usually not cooked for as long as beef rendang.

NASI GORENG, literally meaning "fried rice" in Indonesian, can refer simply to fried pre-cooked rice, a meal including stir fried rice in small amount of cooking oil or margarine, typically spiced with kecap manis (sweet soy sauce), shallot, garlic, tamarind and chilli and accompanied with other ingredients, particularly egg, chicken and prawns. There is also another kind of nasi goreng which is made with ikan asin (salted dried fish) which is also popular across the country.

Nasi goreng is considered the national dish of Indonesia. There are many Indonesian cuisines but few national dishes. Indonesia's national dish knows no social barriers. It can be enjoyed in its simplest manifestation from a tin plate at a roadside warung, travelling night hawker's cart; eaten on porcelain in restaurants, or constructed at the buffet tables of Jakarta dinner parties.

SATAY, is the oriental cuisine and originated in Indonesia. Almost anywhere in this country, especially in Java n Bali Island, u can find "WARUNG SATE", where it has become a national dish. . I think satay is the best food that everybody can eat it. It is also popular in many other Southeast Asian countries

Satay is a very popular delicacy in Indonesia; Indonesia's diverse ethnic groups' culinary arts have produced a wide variety of satays. In Indonesia, satay can be obtained from a travelling satay vendor, from a street-side tent-restaurant, in an upper-class restaurant, or during traditional celebration feasts.

I have a dream that someday i can visit  beautiful place in the world. Trips can escape momentarily from the exhausting routine of office. So, i recommended to u some tourism place that you must be visited.

1. Jeju island in South korea

Probably, u have been known about jeju island from korean drama like jang geum. Many years ago, Jeju island is a place to isolated prisoner in Kingdom era. But now, Jeju island is a world heritage site. This beautiful island has much to offer tourist with magnificient scenery, theme park, beaches, etc. Furthermore, Jeju island is a very popular Korean honeymoon destination...

Seongsan Llchulbong-Eastern Jeju island - A hike up Seongsan Llchulbong is is well worth while with views of the crater, the surrounding coastline and islands. Unusual because it was created by an underwater explosion, it has a well formed path. It is a climb for those with a reasonable level of fitness, although I found by taking it slowly there were plenty of resting places to take in the views, take photos and enjoy the experience. It is particularly popular with people timing their visit to watch either the sunrise or sunset.

Mt Sanbang-Western Jeju Island
- Great views are had from the top of this mountain. Near the top is a cave the monks used to pray in.

Now, i will present to you the best place in south korea, i think ^^......
This place is used to be "Winter Sonata-Filming Locations". I hope i can enjoy this place with my soulmate in the future. That's so romantic....

2. Wonderful Place in Japan

Mount Fuji - If u travel to japan, dont forget to visit one of the best mountain, called Mount Fuji is located in the Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. This mountain is home of many Shinto Shrines, Buddhist temple and torri gate. You can haking in his place, and camping in the summer to watch the beautiful sunrise. Mount Fuji is surrounded by five lake that are not less beautiful is Lake Kawaguchiko, Lake Yamanakako, Lake-Saiko, Lake Motosuko, and Lake Shojiko.

Himeji-Jo-Osaka - is the oldest castle in Japan that is still original. Everything old here is made out of wood, so it's pretty unusual for structure to last many centuries. This castle was rebuilt three or four times since then, in the original style or even at 2/3 size (which happens quite a bit, actually). But this castle isn't a reproduction. Its been standing as is since the early 17th centurry. Its very beautiful an has been the backdrop for many movies.
if u can visit japan, u must remember to watch the most famous sport in japan, SUMO.

How to be a Succesfull Developer

There is a way to do that. One important thing here: Staying in one place doesn't mean you are staying there - it means you are moving backward. Walking forward doesn't mean you are moving forward - it means at least that you are not lost with the losers in the end. To keep going forward, you need to learn continuously - not to walk, but RUN!
